By accessing and using CMMS Platform ("Service", "Platform", "we", "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use our Service.

CMMS Platform is a computerized maintenance management system that provides:

• Work order management and tracking
• Preventive maintenance scheduling and automation
• Equipment and asset management
• Inventory and parts management
• Site and location management
• Mobile Progressive Web App (PWA) with offline capabilities
• Real-time notifications and alerts
• Reporting and analytics

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service
• One person or legal entity may maintain only one account

3.2 Account Security

• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized account access

3.3 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.

4. User Roles and Permissions

Our Service provides different user roles with varying levels of access:

• Super Admin: Full platform access and tenant management
• Organization Admin: Full access within organization
• Supervisor: Manage teams and approve work
• Technician: Execute work orders and record data
• Viewer: Read-only access to data

Your access is determined by your role. Unauthorized access attempts may result in account termination.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

5.1 Permitted Use

You may use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

5.2 Prohibited Activities

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights

• We perform regular automated backups of your data
• However, you are responsible for maintaining your own backups
• We are not liable for data loss due to your actions or third-party services

7. Progressive Web App (PWA) Terms

7.1 Installation

You may install the Service as a Progressive Web App on your device. Installation is optional and does not affect your access to the web version.

7.2 Offline Functionality

• Offline features are provided on a best-effort basis
• Some features require an internet connection
• Offline changes will sync when you're back online
• We are not responsible for data loss during offline usage

7.3 Updates

• The PWA automatically updates when new versions are available
• You may be prompted to reload the app to apply updates
• Continued use after updates constitutes acceptance of changes

7.4 Device Storage

The PWA stores data locally on your device. Storage limits are determined by your browser and device. Clearing browser data will remove locally stored information.

8. Subscription and Payments

8.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features may require a paid subscription. Subscription terms and pricing are provided at the time of purchase.

8.2 Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis
• You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days' notice

8.3 Refunds

Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy. Contact support for refund requests.

9. Intellectual Property

9.1 Our Rights

The Service, including all software, designs, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
